What It's Like In Person
The box arrived in very good shape. Inside, the mattress came vacuum-sealed and rolled, the way most foam beds ship nowadays. I opened it and let it breathe.
The center reached full height within a few hours. However, the corners took a few days.
There was a mild new-foam smell at first. It faded to almost nothing within two days. If you are sensitive to it, open a window on unboxing day and you will be fine.
The cover is soft and lightly textured, which matches Emma's micro-dot description. The zip runs smoothly and the stitching is clean and even. Nothing about it reads as cheap.

The feel is "float on top", not "sink in". You rest on the surface rather than getting swallowed by it. For a back sleeper, that is exactly right.
The zoning is easy to feel. Your hips settle in a little. Your shoulders, legs, and head stay level on the surface. The bed works out where your weight is and adjusts under it.

This is the axis that matters most, and it is where the mattress shines. Lying flat on your back, the small of your back feels filled in. There is no hollow gap under the lower spine.
In everyday use, there was no back pain and no morning stiffness. No stiff shoulders, no stiff neck. Just a normal, easy start to the day.

This is the one soft spot. The outer few centimetres are not as firm as the middle. Sit right on the corner and it dips a fair bit, roughly halfway down on the 8-inch.
